2024 Olympic Wrestling Rankings

65 kg - Ismail Musukaev

Russia's Shamil Mamedov has been removed since the last set of rankings and will not be competing at the Olympics. Moldova's Maxim Sacultan replaces Mamedov and comes in at the #14 spot after a recent loss to Dzebisashvili.

Musukaev is sitting at #1 after winning worlds last year with notable victories over Shamil Mamedov and Rahman Amouzad. Musukaev did recently suffer a loss to Kotaro Kiyooka but Musukaev's high level wins are enough to keep him at the #1.

Team USA"s Zain Retherford comes in at the #6 seed after winning worlds last year at 65 kg but suffering a recent loss to #4 Tulga Tumur-Ochir. Retherford will be unseeded at the Olympics and randomly drawn into the 65 kg bracket.
