It's hard to overstate how much exciting college wrestling took place this past weekend. All seven conferences held their championships over the last few days and determined the majority of the qualifiers for the 2024 NCAA Championships that will take place in less than two weeks in Kansas City, Missouri.

Iowa will travel to Stillwater, Oklahoma on Sunday for what is one of the best and most historic rivalries in college wrestling. Wrestling begins at 3 pm Eastern and will be televised on FS1. Oklahoma State leads the series all time 29-25-2, but Iowa has won seven of the last nine including 28-7 last season. With several toss-up matches, this one could go either way.

Another week of NCAA D1 college wrestling brought another bevy of upsets.

All the upsets from the tenth week of the 2023-24 NCAA D1 wrestling season. The usual caveats apply, what looks like an upset now may not when the season ends.

Several programs will benefit from the transfer portal this season. Most of the top teams look different thanks to key acquisitions. Below is a look at the top wrestlers who transferred during the off-season.

The 125-pound class appears to be wide open following the graduation of three wrestlers who reached the NCAA tournament finals at least once. Most notable is Iowa’s three-time NCAA champion Spencer Lee who transcended the sport with his masterful top game and his ability to score points in bunches.
