Dual meet season continues to roll along as we look back at another week of results and catalog all the upsets based on rankings that we could find. All the usual caveats apply. Results that technically qualify as upsets this week may not look like upsets at the end of the season or even a week from now.

As we get deeper into the 2024-25 NCAA D1 wrestling season, upsets become more consequential for ranking, seeding, and NCAA Championship qualifications purposes.

The NWCA National Duals and the first week of conference duals brought an avalanche of upsets during the 11th week of the 2024-25 NCAA D1 wrestling season!

The 2024 Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational is set to go down on December 6-7 and will be the best in-season tournament of the year. Pre-seeds are set to come out later today (December 3rd) and will give us a better idea of what brackets will look like and who will be entered. Several tournaments helped stir the chaos in week 4 of the 2024-25 NCAA D1 wrestling season that saw nearly 50 upsets take place!

This year's Escape the Rock pre-seeds are out, and wrestling fans have some excellent matches to look forward to. The most enticing potential final is between Who's Number One alumni Anthony Knox and Marc-Anthony McGowan who have never met in their high school careers. This year's Walsh Jesuit Ironman is absolutely loaded. Nearly 100 registered wrestlers are ranked in the top 20 in the country, and over half of those are ranked in the top 10. We'll see 7 #1s and 11 weights with possible top-five matchups. Below is a list of the pre-seeds along with everyone else who's registered at each weight.
