After a two-year layoff, James Green is back on top at 70 kg.

Jordan Oliver is a tough one to rank. He was a staple on the 70 kg scene with wins over Zain Retherford among others, but hasn't wrestled in two years. While Oliver only lost to Green, because he didn't wrestle back he only earned wins over Bryce Andonian and Ryan Jack. I decided to give him the benefit of doubt and rank him ahead of younger guys like PJ Duke and Yahya Thomas who had better wins in Omaha, but haven't had the career Oliver has.
