Silas Allred comes in at #9 after it was announced he'll be dropping to 184 after wrestling at 197 for the last two years. Allred has two round of 12 finishes at the NCAA Tournament and wins over All-Americans Max Dean and Yonger Bastida. On top of that, Allred also defeated #11 Jaxon Smith last year.
