The Stanford Cardinal are headed to the Hawkeye State this weekend. After taking on Iowa State on Friday, they’ll travel 130 miles east to Iowa City to take on the Hawkeyes. Here’s what you need to know.

They return a good portion of their lineup and picked up a 4X All-American transfer, but will lose key starters in Brody Teske, Real Woods, and Jared Franek. U20 Nationals (formerly known as UWW Junior Nationals) is one of my favorite age-level tournaments every year. The top high school upperclassmen get to test themselves against the best first or second-year college guys who are often hungry to compete coming out of redshirt. It's the first step in making the Junior World Team as the winner of this event will earn an automatic berth to the best-of-three wrestle-off series against the World Team Trials challenge tournament champion in June.
