Louie Cerchio is a New Jersey native who attends Delbarton High School. As a freshman in 2021, he earned a sixth place finish in the New Jersey state tournament. Then later on in the year, he stepped up on the national stage and won a Fargo 16U freestyle title at 160 pounds.
