Liefia Ingalls was the first woman to win the Arnold Pro Strongwoman Championship, and is one of the strongest women in the world. The second-ever pro strongwoman contest took place in North Carolina at the Mid-Atlantic Strongman Challenge. We followed her through her competition and learned about her history in strength sports, how she got into strongman, and her goals with her career in strongman.
