This week's gymnastics technique video comes from Tom Forster's Body Shaping for Compulsory Bars lecture at the 2010 GAT Convention. Tom shows a group of coaches a drill that he uses with his compulsories for the glide kip on uneven bars. He recommends they do them 5 in a row while shifting their wrists.
