106

As we suspected, Nate Jesuroga and Vinny Kilkeary are separated in this bracket although Jesuroga sits in the #1 spot while Kilkeary is at the bottom at #2. They will both have to run gauntlets to make it that far though.

Even to make the quarters, Kilkeary could have the solid Marcello Milani in the round of 64 and perhaps Nikolaus O'Neill in the round of 16. Jesuroga won't have a walk in the park either with a potential bout with Nick Corday in the round of 32 and Beric Jordan in the round of 16. Tons of potential shake ups early here.

113

Vince Bouzakis, eighth grade brother to Nic Bouzakis, the #1 recruit on the 2022 Big Board #1, is in the second quarter, meaning he could see #1 seed and 11th ranked Cory Land in the semifinals. That’s as long as #5 (at 106) Billy Dekraker or someone else doesn’t get to Land in the quarterfinals or earlier.

Jore Volke snags the #3 seed but the biggest match in the bottom half of the bracket could come early, as #5 Blake West and #7 Spencer Moore are set up to meet in the round of 32. A Super Round of 32 some would say.

Cael Keck, who’s ranked #10 at 106, registered for 113 but weighed in at 120.

120

Troy Spratley and Gary Steen, who were registered in this bracket, won't be competing. Steen is out as he's banged up, and Spratley is up at 126. Cooper Flynn and Mason Gibson could be on a collision course.

This bracket is huge and has a round of 256! Even without Spratley and Steen, this field is still packed with studs. Cael Keck, who we thought we'd see at 113, is here to add to the depth. Church and Kasak are on opposite sides of the bracket, so if we see the next match in their series, it will either be in the finals or on the back side.

126

Drake Ayala, fresh off his defeat of former pound-for-pound #1 Richie Figueroa at Who’s #1 at 120, is still the number one seed after bumping up a weight class. Jordan Titus, who lost a barnburner at Who’s #1 to Dean Peterson at 126, is the number #2 seed.

Recent Minnesota common Troy Spratley was registered at 120 but instead weighed in where he is ranked, at 126, and gets the #3 seed. He is the biggest obstacle for Titus in his collision course to see Ayala in the finals.

132

It's no surprise Nic Bouzakis has the top seed at 132lbs. He has plenty of depth at the top, but expect him to come out of that side. Maximo Renteria has the #2 seed. A match between Super 32 finalists could be a pretty enticing final.

Renteria could have an exciting path and a potential semifinal with Michigan commit Chance Lamer. We expected to see Nico Nardone here, but he isn't entered. The rest of the ranked guys are evenly distributed throughout the bracket.

138

.#6 Nick Moore and #5 Ramon Ramos earned the top two seeds at 138 which is one of the deepest weights of all. The round of 16 in this bracket looks like it could be absolutely loaded.

The freshman Ferrari, Angelo, is a surprise entry at 138 as he had registered at 145. He'll have a solid Justin Bartee in the opening round and could have #13 Alex Almeyda in the round of 16.

145

Expect chaos in this fairly wide open bracket. Unranked Alex Ramirez is the #1 seed, though he is a state champ in single class California. #19 in the country Alex Martin of Ohio secured the #2 seed.

#5 Gavin Brown of Ohio and #7 Garrison Dendy of Georgia (though he matriculates at Baylor School in Tennessee) are slated to face-off in the quarters if seeds hold, with the winner to take on whoever emerges from Ramirez’s quarter up top.

#18 ranked Henry Porter and unranked by dangerous Nathaniel Pulliam is another potential quarterfinal bout to set alarms for.

Another Georgian, #15 Michael Kilic is also in the bottom half of the bracket and could spoil the parter for Martin and everyone else in his path.

152

Kamdyn Munroe of Georgia and Nick Vafiadis of Virginia could meet in the round of 16 for a great early round matchup of ranked southerners.

Freakshow champ Daniel Cardenes and FloNationals All-American Vinny Zerban could see each other in the quarterfinals.

Anthony Ferrari snags the #1 seed, with the #18 ranked Paniro Johnson staring him down from the #4 seed. Many other landmines abound in a stacked field.

160

Dean Hamiti Jr. is up top at 160 at #1 with Matt Singleton at #2 on the bottom side. If they make the finals, they'll have a rematch of the 2019 Fargo finals, but this weight has a lot of parity.

We expected to see Carson Manville down at 160, but he'll be wrestling 170 instead. Unranked Tate Naaktgeboren and Jack Ganos both look like they could be in position to go on deep runs.

170

As one of the more wide-open weights in the tournament, the #1 seed Joseph Marin is “only” ranked eighth in the country. Carson Manville was registered at 160 but he weighted in at 170, where he is ranked ninth in the country, and as such received the #2 seed.

#11 James Rowley and #13 Clayton Whiting of Wisconsin are set up to meet in a titanic quarterfinal bout, the winner potentially getting #1 seed Martin. Rowley might have to get by Kyle Bratke’s official bracket buster, Ryder Rogotzke, in the round of 16 first.

Manny Rojas avoids that fracas by receiving the #3 seed on the bottom half of the bracket.

182

The big name missing here is #2 Rylan Rogers. His absence makes way for Bennett Berge at the #1 seed setting up a potential final with #2 seed Jake Evans.

Rocco Contino, the #5 wrestler in the country, is also missing from the field which could make a slightly easier path for guys like Tylen Lukens at the #4 seed and Brian Soldano at the #5 seed.

195

Seth Shumate has the top seed and, if seeds play out, he'll see #4 seed Gavin Nelson in the semis. On the bottom half, Evan Bates has the #2 seed while Martin Cosgrove has the #3.

The major wrench in this bracket is Brandon Hoselton. He was a finalist here last year, but he's somehow at the 7 seed setting up a potential quarterfinal with Bates and a crazy-deep bottom half of the bracket.

220

Noah Pettigrew has the top seed at 220lbs and could have his hands full with Gage Cook in the semifinals.

The bottom half of the bracket could give us a semifinal rematch from a wild Rocky Mountain Nationals meeting between Northern Colorado commit Xavier Doolin and Minnesota commit Bennett Tabor.

285

The top three ranked heavies in the nation are in this bracket, and they are seeded in that order. So Chase Horner, owner of the #1 rank and seed by dint of his win over Kyonte Hamilton at Who’s #1, sits in pole position.

Hamilton is on the bottom of the bracket, with a bye to the round of 16, ready to start his quest for revenge. #3 ranked Hayden Copass is seeded #3 and will have to likely go through Hamilton in the semis and Horne in the finals to claim the #1 ranking, which would be well earned if he succeeds.
