Diamond Sports Hotshots Premier - HTX '06, The Texas Squad To Watch
The Diamond Sports Hotshots add another top 12U contender with the Premier HTX '06 squad.
The team was formally known as Aces Express in 10U where they won the USFA National Championship. In the first year of 12U, the team moved over to the Hotshots Organization (Spring 2018)
The team is based out of Alvin, TX and almost all of our athletes are from the Brazoria County area and one from Katy and Friendswood.
When joining the Hotshot's Organization, their vision was to create an atmosphere that would showcase their talent and create a competitive culture that would consist of mainly 2024/2025 athletes guiding them and teaching them skills for the future.
The team has numerous achievements winning in both 12U and 14U with their most recent wins at the 12U PGF National Qualifier in Houston where they earned a berth to Nationals and in 14U at the Bombers Shootout going undefeated.
The organization, led by Nathan Nelson, has teams across the nation in several states and continues to be one of the fastest growing and most successful organizations with teams in Texas, Tennessee, Louisiana, California, Alabama, and Oklahoma.
The Premier HTX 06 team is guided by Charlie Esparza who has developed many competitive teams over the years. His last 12U team was the PGF National Runner Up in 2016. Assistant Coach John Holas has many years of travel ball experience and is married to Kyla Holas, former UoH Head Coach and NPF Chicago Bandits pitching coach.
The team's primary focus is to compete at the highest level of competition, meanwhile developing personal goals and achievements.

Cameryn Harrison, a 2024 pitcher from Katy, TX has the potential to be one of the top 2024 arms in the Lone Star State. She is a dual threat swinging the stick very well. Cam has already attended Elite camps at Louisiana, Texas, and continues to grow.
Matti Matthews is a complete 5-tool player that adds speed to the lineup with the versatility to play both infield and outfield, all while being a strong, effective pitcher. She can slap or hit away with power. Matti has attended Elite camps at Oklahoma State.
On defense, the team has a pair up the middle in Siannah Nava and Frankie Vrazel. Frankie possesses speed and is the leadoff batter. Si is a top 2025 shortstop with pop from the right side of the plate.
After the fall campaign, Hotshots HTX added a few pieces to play their first tourney at the Las Vegas Invitational placing 3rd. New addition Kadence Williams supplied more depth in the circle, along with three left-handed hitters to the lineup Kiley Huffman, Ki-Li Alonzo, and Kam DeLeon. The team also added power hitter Mary Barber to the mix.
Behind the plate, they have an arsenal of catchers in Gabby Scott, Charleigh Esparza, and Ki-Li Alonzo.
Rounding out their dynamic lineup are utility players Hannah Perales, Rhyanna Morgan and Mia Estrello.
When we talk about 12U, the Lone Star state comes packed with talent and the Hotshots Premier HTX 06 will be one of the most competitive teams we see this summer.
