The 2025 Truist Gulf South Conference Men's Basketball Championship will begin on March 4, with the quarterfinal matchups hosted on campus by the higher seed. 

The semifinals and championship rounds will take place at the Pete Hanna Center in Birmingham, Alabama, on March 8-9.

Alabama Huntsville enters the tournament as the No. 1 seed and will face No. 8 Lee in the quarterfinals. Other matchups include No. 2 Valdosta State against No. 7 Union, No. 3 Montevallo vs. No. 6 West Alabama, and No. 4 Trevecca Nazarene against No. 5 Delta State. 

The semifinals will be held on March 8, followed by the championship game on March 9. The winner will earn an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.

The tournament begins on March 15 with the first round regional games. The quarterfinals are March 25, the Final Four begins on March 27 and the National Championship, streaming on CBS, is March 29.
