Utah Softball (4-7) continues its non-conference slate at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic with a challenging matchup against Cal State Fullerton (8-3) at 3 p.m. ET on Feb. 22 in Cathedral City, Calif.

Fullerton, a perennial mid-major power in both softball and baseball, has started the season strong at 8-3 and will look to continue its early-season success. The Titans have a history of competing well against power conference teams and will be eager to add another win to their resume.

Utah, on the other hand, is looking to rebound from a tough start to the season. The Utes will need a strong performance to counter Fullerton’s well-rounded lineup and experienced pitching staff.
