The 2025 college baseball season has officially kicked off, as one of the biggest events of the early season, the 2025 Shriners Children's College Showdown, reached its end Sunday on Feb. 16.

The Showdown watched six teams take to the fields, aiming to start their season off strong. The Shriners Children's Showdown is followed by two more weeks of baseball in Arlington, Texas, at the Amegy Bank College Baseball Series presented by Kubota.

This year's Showdown featured a number of great games, with some major upsets over D1Baseball Top 25 teams and a few run-rule thrillers highlighting the weekend.

Whether it was Louisville's comeback win over No. 19 Texas on Day 1, or Ole Miss' four-home-run blowout and run-rule win over No. 15 Clemson on Day 3, the 2025 Showdown did not disappoint.

With so much action having took place over the three days in Arlington, here's every home run highlight from the 2025 Shriners Children's College Showdown.

Oklahoma State Vs. Clemson | Avery Ortiz & Donovan LaSalle

Clemson baseball was able to recover from a three-run deficit to claim a win over Oklahoma State in the opening game of the Showdown.

OSU's Avery Ortiz and Donovan LaSalle both hit home runs in the 3rd and 4th inning respectively, putting the Cowboys up 4-1 heading into the 5th inning. But Clemson was able to come back in the end, scoring two runs in the 5th, one in the 6th and two more in the 7th inning to take the lead, eventually winning the game.

Arizona Vs. Ole Miss | Isaac Humphrey & Mason White

Ole Miss Baseball picked up a 2-1 win over Arizona with Issac Humphrey's solo home run in the fifth inning and another run in the fifth from Brayden Randall.

Arizona was put on the board when No. 54-ranked MLB Draft prospect Mason White hit his first home run of the season in the eighth inning. The Wildcats loaded the bases with one out in the top of the ninth inning, but Connor Spencer ended the game with a strike out and a pop-fly.

Texas Vs. Louisville | Adrian Rodriguez & Will Gasparino

A Will Gasparino home run, Max Belyeu run and a solo home run from Adrian Rodriquez in extra innings were not enough for No. 19 Texas in its 4-3 loss to Louisville on Friday evening, Feb. 14.

The Cardinals were unable to score through the first eight innings, but they rallied for two runs in the bottom of the ninth inning and another two in the 10th to secure the win, with a walk-off single from Lucas Moore.

Clemson Vs. Arizona | Brendan Summerhill

Clemson came out swinging, securing seven runs in the top of the first inning alone. One run in the seventh and eight more in the top of the ninth secured the Tiger's win over Arizona

Clemson defended a late rally by Arizona, highlighted by a Brendan Summerhill three-run homer in the bottom of the seventh, holding the Wildcats to five runs in a 16-5 final score.

Louisville Vs. Oklahoma State | Colin Brueggemann, Avery Ortiz & Jayson Jones

Oklahoma State set its win in motion with a grand slam in the fourth inning from Colin Brueggemann, lengthening the lead with with runs in each inning. The Cowboys' performance was also highlighted by home runs from Ortiz and Jones.

Louisville had taken an early 3-0 lead by the time that OSU scored its first run, but the lead would only widen as the Cardinals could not score for the rest of the game. OSU marked its first win of the season, 12-3.

Ole Miss Vs. Texas | Max Belyeu

Texas baseball dominated Ole Miss 10-0 in a seven-inning run-rule win on Saturday evening, Feb. 15.

The Longhorns' offense came alive in the fourth inning, scoring seven runs. They would score three more in the seventh inning, closing out the game. Their performance was highlighted by Max Belyeu's two-run homer in the seventh.

Louisville Vs. Arizona | Mason White

The Louisville Cardinals came to life with an eight-run fifth inning, pulling away from Arizona to pick up a second win in their first three, 13-1.

The Cardinals added five runs in the eighth inning, with Arizona's failure to score at the bottom of the eighth ending the game. Arizona's one and only score was a first-inning home run by Mason White.

Ole Miss Vs. Clemson | Ryan Moerman, Judd Utermark & Luke Hill (x2)

Ole Miss baseball took and early lead against Clemson with 7 runs in the first two innings, including a three-run homer by Ryan Moerman and two-run homer by Judd Utermark. Luke Hill had his own three-run homer and a solo homer later on to cap a dominant performance.

Despite some late scoring, Clemson couldn't recover. Ole Miss piled on four more runs in the seventh inning to secure the run-rule victory, 15-5.

Oklahoma State Vs. Texas | Adrian Rodriguez, Max Belyeu, Ian Daugherty, Will Gasparino

Texas and Oklahoma State battled for over four hours, sending out more than a dozen pitchers total. The game had great momentum in the early innings, with the two teams in a back and forth battle of runs. Texas took off in fifth inning, recording eight runs.

Despite scoring a few runs, a homer by Daugherty and a laundry list of pitchers subbed in, OSU couldn't seem to rally. Texas claimed a victory over OSU 14-8, highlighted by homers from Rodriguez, Belyeu and Gasparino.
