The BU Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite is slated for Saturday, Feb. 8. The meet will continue to feature some of the fastest athletes in the nation. 

Notably, Shelby Houlihan will make her return to BU. She will run the mile in just her second race since 2020. Though she isn't specifically targeting a national record, she could become the second American woman to break 4:20 in the indoor mile.

Elle St. Pierre is the only American woman to accomplish that feat. She has run under 4:20 three times and holds the American record of 4:16.41.
