Puerto Vallarta College Challenge has been one of the most important early-season college softball tournaments, serving as an early display for eventual champions, runners-up, and elite competition in Division I softball.

This year will be no different, as the tourney brings 10 teams across two sessions of competition.

Florida State and Oklahoma State will take center stage in the first session alongside Lousiana Tech and Northern Colorado.

FSU and OSU, both currently ranked top 15, will compete in two games to open the tournament and to close it out on the last day.

Session 2 will bring BYU, Indiana, Boise State, FIU, North Dakota State and Illinois State to Mexico.
