How To Watch Louisville Vs. Oklahoma State At '25 College Baseball Showdown
Here’s how to watch Louisville Vs. Oklahoma State on Day 2 of the 2025 Shriners Children’s College Showdown at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.
Part of the fun of early-season invitationals and tournaments is teams getting to face nonconference opposition they likely wouldn’t see otherwise.
One such matchup will be Atlantic Coast Conference hopeful Louisville and Big 12 standout Oklahoma State, which will meet on the second day of the 2025 Shriners Children’s College Showdown.
The Cardinals and Cowboys are set to throw down Feb. 15 at 4 p.m. Eastern.
The Shriners Children’s College Showdown again is being held at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, home of the world champion Texas Rangers, as part of three exciting weekends of college baseball in Texas.

The schedule includes the Shriners Children’s College Showdown (Feb. 14-16), Amegy Bank College Baseball Series presented by Kubota Weekend 2 (Feb. 21-23) and Amegy Bank College Baseball Series presented by Kubota Weekend 3 (Feb. 28-March 2).
There also will be midweek games on Feb. 18, Feb. 19, Feb. 26 and March 5.
Louisville continues to be a middle-of-the-pack team in a strong ACC.
The Cardinals finished fourth last year among the seven teams in the ACC’s Atlantic Division. They were picked to finish ninth this year in the new-look 16-team conference.
Louisville’s overall record in 2024 was 32-24, which included a 16-14 mark in conference action. The Cardinals were bounced from the ACC Baseball Championship with consecutive losses to Miami and Clemson.
Oklahoma State had a stronger 2024 campaign, and that has been rewarded heading into the 2025 season. The Cowboys are one of three teams from the also-shaken-up Big 12 to land on the 2025 D1Baseball Preseason Top 25 Rankings, coming in at No. 17.
The Cowboys were 42-19 a year ago, including a 19-9 performance in Big 12 play. That got them sandwiched between Oklahoma and Texas in the Big 12 standings, but with both of those teams departing for the Southeastern Conference, Oklahoma State has the opportunity to run the show.
OSU took the first step in that direction by defeating Oklahoma to win the 2024 Phillips 66 Big 12 Baseball Championship. It was the Cowboys’ fourth Big 12 title (2004, 2017, 2019, 2024) and earned them the conference’s automatic bid for the 2024 NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.
OSU picked up a pair of wins in the NCAA Stillwater Regional, before ultimately losing its best-of-three series to Florida, 2-1, leaving the Cowboys one win shy of reaching the super-regional round.

Where Is The 2025 College Baseball Showdown?
The Shriners Children’s College Showdown and two-weekend Amegy Bank College Baseball Series presented by Kubota will take place at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, and feature some of the top teams in the nation.
The 2025 season will mark the fifth consecutive year of college baseball at Globe Life Field – home of the world champion Texas Rangers – and the second straight year the action will span three weekends.
When Is The College Baseball Showdown?
The first weekend of the festivities, the Shriners Children’s College Showdown, will begin on Friday, Feb. 14 and will run through Feb. 16.
The following two weeks of action, the Amegy Bank College Baseball Series, will take place Feb. 21-23 and Feb. 28-March 2.
To keep the momentum going between the weekends, the series also will include four midweek games at Globe Life Field. Those contests will take place Feb. 18, Feb. 19, Feb. 26 and March 5.
