Even though new rankings are out for Division III women's basketball, much remains the same for the top teams. The exact same five teams remain, but the order of the remaining five has changed.

Only one team dropped out of the rankings. Washington lost both of its matchups in the past week, Case Western Reserve and getting blown out by no. 23 Carnegie Mellon, both on their home court.

Is NYU Really Going To Repeat?
- Last week, NYU women's basketball handled business against Emory and Rochester at John A. Paulson Center.
- The Violets will face the same two teams that knocked out Washington but are expected to have much different results.
- With how NYU has looked all year, it would not be surprising if they could continue winning and eventually repeat as Division III national champions.
