Both semifinal games have concluded at the 2025 IIHF World Juniors Championships, and the bronze and gold medal games are now set.

Finland pulled out a tough win over Sweden in a 4-3 overtime thriller on Jan. 4. In the game after that, USA hockey wrestled the contest away from Czechia, winning 4-1 to defend their gold medal from last year's tournament.

With these results, Sweden and Czechia will meet in the bronze medal matchup tomorrow, Jan. 5, at 3:30 p.m. ET.

After finishing as the runner-up in the tournament to the United States, Sweden will compete for their eighth bronze medal all-time in the World Juniors and will have to get off to a quicker start than they did against Finland, allowing three goals in the second period.

Czechia will play for a medal for the fourth straight year in the World Juniors. Last year, they won the bronze against Finland.

From 2000 to 2001, Czechia won consecutive gold medals and will look to do the same in 2024 when they defeated Finland and potentially in 2025 against Sweden.

How To Watch Sweden Vs. Czechia In The Bronze Medal Game At World Juniors

Sweden will play Czechia at 3:30  p.m. ET on Sunday, Jan. 5 in the 2025 World Junior Championships bronze medal game. 

The 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship will air on TSN and RDS on television in Canada. The tournament will be streamed on TSN+ in Canada, as well. 

In the United States, NHL Network will be the television home of the World Junior Championship.
