Ferris State football, like its opponent this week, has had a tremendous season. The Bulldogs may not be undefeated, but they have still shown they are one of, if not the best, teams in the division.

The team is looking to make history by winning its third title in four years under Tony Annese.

After losing to Pittsburg State and only scoring three points in the first game of the season, Ferris State could not be stopped. The next three games saw the Bulldogs score 40 points or more, including an 84-point performance against AIC.

-threat quarterback Trinidad Chambliss has played lights out all year and has shown he is a big-time player after rushing for three touchdowns against rival Grand Valley State in the Anchor-Bone Classic.

Chambliss led the team to an average of 44.7 points per game, and the defense also performed well throughout the year, similar to the Blazers, only allowing 13 points per game.
