After a tough loss to No. 2 UConn, Oregon State women's basketball wins the Baha Mar Consolation game and takes home third place in the tournament

This game was the definition of a back-and-forth battle, as both teams played a challenging and even game throughout.

Both teams were hitting big shot after big shot in the fourth after going most of the quarter without making a field goal, starting with Kaylah Ivey hitting a tough three to put Boston College up by five late in the fourth, only for it to answer Oregon State's Aj Marotte to bring the game back within two.

Later, Kennedie Shuler made the game-winning shot, which, in a sense, especially gave Oregon State the win.

The win brings the Beavers to 2-5, and they hope this win can be the jumpstart to a potential winning streak as they will now travel back home for a matchup against Grambling State on Dec. 3

With the loss, Boston College falls to 6-3 and will not play another game until a week from now, on Dec. 5, when they go on the road for a showdown with Arkansas in a game apart of the ACC/SEC challenge.
