How To Watch Washington At The Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Championship

The Washington women’s basketball team will be tested at the 2024 Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Championship in the Bahamas. Here’s how to watch.

With the University of Washington women’s basketball team moving to the Big Ten Conference for the 2024-2025 season, the Huskies will be seeing more teams from beyond the West Coast and Pacific Northwest.

That also means playing in front of a larger sampling of college basketball fans. Among them, will be those watching the 2024 Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Championship that is being held Nov. 25-27 at the Baha Mar Convention, Arts & Entertainment Center in Nassau, Bahamas.

Washington will be joined by ranked LSU and North Carolina State, as well as Southern University, in the four-team field in the Bahamas. Games at the event will take place Nov. 25 and Nov. 27.

Washington will play LSU on Nov. 25 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern, just after Southern and NC State meet at 11 a.m. EST. 

The losers of those games will play Nov. 27 at 11 a.m. EST, and the winners will play for the championship the same afternoon at 1:30 p.m.

The Huskies are coming off a 16-15 season that started with a program-record-tying 11 consecutive wins that landed Washington on the AP Poll for the first time since the 2016-2017 season. 

The final game of the season for Washington came against Georgetown in the inaugural Women’s Basketball Invitation Tournament, where the Huskies were defeated 64-56 in the opening round. It was Washington’s second consecutive postseason appearance and 28th in 50 years of play.
