Rick Santos enters his third full season as the head coach of UNH football. After a 9-4 season in 2022, the Wildcats had a down year in 2023, going 6-5, but remained competitive within the CAA.

The offense clicked last season, and eclipsed 40+ points five times over the course of the season. Much of that was down to the duo of quarterback Max Brosmer and running back Dylan Laube. Both have moved on. Brosmer transferred to Minnesota and Laube was drafted into the NFL. 

Replacing their offensive prowess will be the team's primary focus going into the season. Seth Morgan, who transferred from Shepherd, looks to be the best option at QB. During April's Blue/White Spring game, Morgan threw for 188 yards and three touchdowns.
