The Texas A&M-Kingsville Javelinas host the No. 21 Central Washington Wildcats on Saturday, October 19 starting at 8:00 p.m. ET in the primetime slot.

The 4-2 Wildcats are looking to redeem themselves after a close loss to UT Permian Basin at their own stadium, 13-14. The loss dropped them a whopping 12 spots in the AFCA Division II Coaches Poll from 9th to 21st.

In their last game, the Javelinas played Angelo State University—they were handed their first scoreless loss since 2014. The final score was 0-38. Like the Wildcats, they will also be playing with a chip on their shoulder as the season hits its midpoint. 

Interestingly, both teams are 4-2 with losses in week 1 and week 7 of the 2024 season.
