THE Spring Game Opening Weekend 2023 Schedule Of College Softball
College softball is here, which means THE Spring Games, the world's largest college softball event, is here. Here's the schedule for the opening weekend.
THE Spring Game Opening Weekend softball tournament features teams from the Big Ten, BIG EAST, Conference USA, Big Sky and Patriot League as the programs play a total of 17 games over the weekend.
THE Spring Game event, in total, features more than 100 Division-I softball games played over February and March and even more in the Division-II, III, NAIA and NJCAA divisions.
But the opening weekend will feature two Big Ten programs in Michigan and Minnesota, along with several BIG EAST squads along with several mid major programs.

When Is THE Spring Games Opening Weekend?
The first official games will begin on Feb. 10 after a day of practice on Feb. 9. The first game of the event is Western Kentucky vs. Minnesota at 11 a.m. EST in Leesburg, Fla. on Sleepy Hollow Field 4.

Where Is THE Spring Games Opening Weekend?
The event is played in several venues over two months but the opening weekend will be in Leesburg, Fla, at Sleepy Hollow, which is a facility that has four softball fields. The rest of the Division-I event is at Rec Center in Madiera Beach.
